I'm going yo teach you the basics from the SnobAwM's Class.
Let's begin.

THIS IS JUST A CONCEPT PREVIEW.

As i told you before, i want to expand Sugar & Buttonized around all the world of customizing.
So, What Is Sugar Buttonized?.
Sugar Buttonized is an MIUI Theme, Maybe an Grapchic Environment App, (Or Even an Android ROM) that aims to change the Android usage.
It aims to simplify the Everything.
The Home screen, the Theme Engine, the Shortcuts... I don't know everything.
Now.
I'm going to give you a ... Little tour around Sugar Buttonized.
===========The LockScreen.
This is really simple, and common, it shows you the Unlocker slider, the hour and the weather in Buttonized format, and a little aid text saying "Slide to unlock."
===========The Home Screen.
Here's where we turn cards.
There is no upper panel in here.
Why?, Because you Don't need it there.
You have a huge desktop.
Wasted.
We can display notifications, the hour, shortcuts and everything you can imagine here.
What is that black-rainbow-with-a-dot button?
That button is the Show Applications button.
If you touch it, it shows you the applications in an alphabetical grid. (Alphabetical is the default, don't worry)
Then, there you have the Phone access in the left, and the Messages access on the left.
===========The Recents Screen.
This is really similar to the Android's Recents screen.
It shows you the recent used applications, displaying them like this:
The First app, is the most recent.
While the last one is the one that was used time ago.
The big stripe is like a huge scrollbar, is just there to give you control over your location the screen.

But sadly, i dont have the enough time now to complete this.
Nor the powerful computer to create and develope the ROM. (She's slow, but i love her anyway)
So, i'm sorry but i think this is going to stay as a concept. (Until i have the money enoygh to upgrade my hardware
)

This probably wouldn't be all that difficult to do with a current android ROM. XML edits could easily achieve the running apps screen that you have, and an mtz could be created for the lockscreen and icons. MIUI, much like the iPhone, however, has all the apps shown on the desktop, so a separate app would have to be developed or used for an app drawer. In reality, this could actually be done pretty easily! If i had a phone that ran MIUI I'd be happy to do this for you, but unfortunately, I don't
